This salad looks lovely! So good for this time of year. Here in England it has been very warm for the last few weeks so new summer recipes are most welcome. I’d love to hear you talk on grandchildren. I have seven between two and twenty two. All very good, kind respectful kids of whom I’m very proud but it’s nice to get your thoughts on things. All of your grandchildren, both Tribe and Camp D are really lovely young people!

Hey Papa, thanks for the video. Momma cooking tip. Lay box grater flat on your cutting board to grate carrots and potatoes. Life changer less mess and it all stays in the box. No knicking fingers. Awesome for grating onions as well. Thanks for the tips ❤

I love a light summer salad like that. It looks delicious! Only thing I’d do differently, is maybe add a little fresh dill to the mix. It would also be great as a stuffed tomato filling, or, maybe stuff the tomato, sprinkle on a nice Gruyère cheese, and pop it under the broiler to heat it through and make the cheese brown and bubbly. This is a very versatile recipe, I would think. Could probably make it with a nice canned salmon as well! I just love watching the 2 of you in the kitchen together M
