Cooking recipe and ingredients:
Hello friends 🤗!
600 g of flour.
1 teaspoon of salt.
Mix well.
400 ml of water.
I advise you to look carefully so as not to miss the details.
Use flour to keep it from sticking.
Knead the dough until smooth.
Cover and set aside for 10 minutes.
Divide the dough into 2 parts.
Divide each piece into 8 equal pieces.
1 cup (200 ml) of melted butter
Slightly enlarge the meringues with your hands and put them in the oil.
Cover with cling film and set aside for 1 hour.
Parsley.
200 g of grated cheese.
200 g of cottage cheese.
Mix well.
Let's increase the meringue with our own hands.
We fold it like in the movie.
Add the prepared stuffing.
Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Repeat this process with each piece.
Lubricate with the remaining butter.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180 C until golden brown for 20-30 minutes.
Everything is ready.

It’s plain flour. No yeast and no baking powder. The butter it rests in soaks into the dough and when baked makes them crispy on the outside.

You should say "brush with the remaining butter" ...not lubricate. Lubricate is used for engines, machines and cars. It means to oil
