I loved this vlog it was so enjoyable to watch a week where you don’t only show you being productive and not having any free time which, I find can make me feel pressured to have to do more when others do this on KZbin 😌❤️good luck with exams ! And I feel like 6-8 hrs is my limit for studying during the day anything more isn’t sustainable long term and I feel quite burnt out then

Aww Tilly sorry to hear that!! I felt exactly the same too in first year! Something that really helped me is learning about active recall + spaced repetition which I talk about a lot but also growth mindset. I use to think I was stupid because I couldn’t keep up but having a growth mindset really helped me overcome and feel better about myself. Also remember you got into med school because you’re capable!! Sending lotsa love xx
