I personally can't wait till they start selling them here in the US. Regardless of whether you like Chinese EVs or not, competition is good for the consumer.

@@seymorefact4333 No it's not the same as ICE you little EV shill, stop talking nonsense. An ICE battery is a 12v often lead acid battery that can be swapped out in 2 minutes and is very inexpensive to buy unlike an EV lithium battery which costs thousands to replace.

That's definitely not going to end in a fiery blaze especially the fact that Africa has very lax manufacturing standards definitely not going to go horribly wrong because of people taking shortcuts and on top of that they don't have any child slave labor laws in place over there or they do but they're very LAX about it yeah definitely not a recipe for absolute disaster (I'm being very sarcastic here)

She got the presidential candidates' policies wrong. Trump's is tariffs on just about anything coming in from overseas that smells of trade advantage, Harris' policy is to look at it selectively by item/category and Chinese EVs are one of the primary items on that list. I still don't think those cheap Chinese EVs will sell when Americans see how small they are, how few accessories & convenience features they have, how noisy they are inside, and how few cup holders they have (😉for the last one!).
