The bread is easy to make and so delicious that I keep making it.
I also really like the subtle sweetness of corn when I chew the added corn kernels.
ingredients

1+1/3 cup (320ml, 190g) of all-purpose flour (or cake flour)
1 cup (240 ml, 165 g) of cornmeal (fine)
1/3 cup of sugar (80ml, 65g)
half a teaspoon of salt (3 g)
2 teaspoons (10ml, 6g) of baking powder
60g unsalted butter
2 eggs (half a yolk for egg wash)
2 tablespoons of milk (30ml, 30g)
1/4 cup canned corn kernels (60ml, 40g)
1 teaspoon of milk (5g, for egg wash)
170 degrees (335F) convection (fan forced) for 25 minutes
