I agree with the idea of confidence ! Think like an all-star in order to give yourself the greatest opportunity to play like an all-star. When a pitcher is on the mound, he or she must think, “There’s no one better than me; I believe in my stuff!”

Hey Coach Madden! Thanks for another great video. I play in an adult wood bat league in Boston and it's pretty competitive with ringers on every team. There's one team that everyone struggles to pitch against... the "Boston Bombers". I have no idea how to pitch to the four batter and the guy after him is just as tough. Can you make a video about pitch sequencing for clean up hitters that have a knack for taking pitchers yard? Fastball, sinker, slider ... these guys can hit anything.

Have any instruction on proper front foot landing, how long or short should your stride be? My son I believe he can stride longer but he doesn't.
