From the video that we can summaries is in effective communication have many barriers. Effective communication is defined as verbal speech or other method of relaying information that get a point across . An example of effective communication is when the person who you are talking to lesson actively, absorbs your point and understand it. Barriers is something such as a fence or natural obstacle that prevents or blocks movement from one place to another. These are 10 key barriers such as physical barriers, attitudes, language, problem with structure design , phsysiological barriers , cultural noise , lake of common experience, ambiguity and overuse of abstractions ,informations overloads and jumping to conclusion. These are the barriers happen in effective communication.The ability to recognize the communication issues and come to a resolution can drastically improve working conditions, sales and organizational culture. This effective communication we can know that do something regarding about our work or study there have will happen the barriers . If it is hot then the person/people communicating may sweat which comes across as being nervous.If it is too hot then the people/person may feel a little dehydrated and so not have that energy or moisture in there mouth to speak well. Or it being to cold could see people put hands in pockets to warm themselves up which comes across as rather rude. Also when it it cold words can become stuttered as the jaw shivers..CP...
