💯 I once had a neighbor who wanted to be really buff, but it looked horrible on him-he just had a body type that benefited from being leaner & smaller, but he wanted to impress & keep up w/ other guys-it was something a woman couldn’t talk him out of, at least at that stage in his life (he was in his 20s).
@CubicCube34 Жыл бұрын
@@MoPoppins if his goal was not to impress girls or anyone else but to satisfy his own desire and if he personally thought it was good for him then I don't think there is any problem with that. I don't like buffed people either, but there are people in this world who are not professional bodybuilders but still they would do anything (even steroids) to look as big as possible, and tbf that's none of our business as long as what they're doing doesn't affect anyone else but themselves
@MoPoppins Жыл бұрын
@@CubicCube34 I think he did care about impressing women, but his insecurities trumped his ability to see beyond his personal perceptions-he likely defined “masculinity” a certain way, and wasn’t very broad-minded…quite lazy in that department…generally complacent. He later dated someone who moved cross-country for some guy…I think she was engaged, and observing her, I deduced that he was her rebound (he’s the “harmless” type who one would never consider building a future with, as he has little to nothing to offer as a person). Out of concern-as he was extremely aloof-I told him that perhaps he should be wary of her intentions (not sure how much he was into her, as far as long-term potential, but he’s not the kind of person who women would be attracted to, so it’s not shocking that he’d take what he can), and his friend who was present when I was sharing this (also aloof & naive) defended him, as one might expect a naively-optimistic person to do, if they themselves also had no prospects, but desired them. It’s fine for people to define what they consider to be aesthetic whatever way they want. I do remember that he had trouble keeping on mass-I think he had a high metabolism. He’s in his 40s now, so maybe he’s matured and developed some perspective. I do wonder if my observations were correct about the girl. 😆

@IsaacRoz Жыл бұрын
Dressing well works to attract anyone of any gender. Being well-mannered is the most important part. Being ripped, good looking (whatever that is to you) or tall are just preferences. You can say all of the items you stated would attract certain people, and the opposite of them would attract different people. The crucial point is who you're really trying to attract.

As a woman, I 💯 concur w/ this list. ✅ I ❤️ strong hands & veiny forearms-I have a tendency to stare at a man’s hands while he’s working. Fortunately, he’s not gonna be creeped out since it’s usually when I’m watching a KZbin video. 😆 Tall men & short/petite women have their pick of partners, when speaking solely about HEIGHT. I’ve found that for my own preference, there are actually guys that are “too tall” for me-the alignment is off when standing. If they’re a foot above me, it’s too extreme of a difference, but I’ve found that a 6” height difference is my personal sweet spot-his face is the perfect distance apart, and a side hug feels optimally-aligned. 👌

In another words: you just said i need a 5ft3 girl and that you would endlessly stare at my forearms
@MoPoppins Жыл бұрын
@@JuanG-V2 You attract who you attract, but at least from my experience, the alignment I mentioned is ideal. LOTS of women apparently love veiny forearms-I’ve seen other videos where the interviewer would approach people on the street, and the strong hands & thick, veiny forearms preference seemed pretty universal! Conversely, I do also love long, elegant fingers, but I definitely have a natural affinity for hands & forearms that look practically strong. 💪 😍

Optimum Nutrition is a great brand for Whey and other supplements.🙌
@bryandaves100511 ай бұрын
Protein from whole foods like chicken and beef is better, and often cheaper, than getting it from whey protein powders. That being said, it’s often easier to have a protein shake to bump up your protein consumption when you’re trying to maintain a calorie deficit. During those times I use Optimum Nutrition protein powder. It’s 25g of protein for 120 calories. If you add it to a 12 oz glass of whole milk you’re looking at another 12g of protein and 220 calories. So 37g of protein in 340 total calories. It’s very efficient in it’s protein to calorie ratio. Don’t worry too much about timing your protein intake around your workouts. So long as you get enough spread out during a 24 hour period
