Skincare is an ever evolving industry. What worked for us in the past may not be what we need now. As we age, we lose volume in the face, see wrinkles, skin discolouration and get the dreaded sagging! A good routine is vital to preserving and improving on what we have. In this video I update my skincare regime with you, tell you the products I still use and show you what I’ve added. Then it’s off to the dermatologist for some Botox!

Hi Nancy, thank you for the information and recommendations. So excited to hear you are a perfume gal too as I'm in a bit of a rut. My favourite everyday go-to is Mon Guerlain eau de parfum. It makes me feel good and no one in the office hates it. I've somehow forgotten that having an evening out or a weekend perfume is a thing.

I don't recognise those brands but such a helpful video. Those Botox tips are important for those like me who haven't started needing them yet. Bringing the ice packs is such a good idea! I'm a la prairie girl, been using it for 25 years and still in love with it. I bought the Lyma Laser about 3 months ago and have to confess it really works on the neck and the jawline and without any discomfort. It's expensive but so is everything else...lol...Love your VCA as always.

@@MamaTenny I had first bought the laser that all the youtubers praise last year. It was a bad experience for me and I returned it. Then I had a facial and they used the Lyma and I loved it, no pain and it really makes your skin look beautiful. I purchased it and have been using it everyday and then targeting my jawline & neck and to my surprise it really makes a notable difference. See if you can score one for a review on your channel!

Wow...I just ordered my red light! Can't wait to give it a try. Near the end of the video, after botox, when you are in the car....what shade of lipstick/gloss are you wearing...it's beautiful.

Thank you! So the lipstick is by Make Up Forever (Artist Rouge Mat)#203-cool pink. I think it’s discontinued cuz I just tried to find it on Sephora. I love the Sephora brand lipliner in Rosewood and buy lots of those cuz they only come in the little size. When they’re 30% off, I stock up! Then I put a bit of pinkish lipgloss on. I had the Two Faced lip injection Bubblegum Yum (that was the only kind of lip injection I was willing to go for 😂) Let me know about the red light, I’m still doing mine everyday! ❤
