A man who is not PRESENT can create neither future, not past. Thanks, Tuya for reminding and handing us this simple but special TOOL- Breathe to gain what we are losing. Beautiful picture of Mongolia and meaning of LIFE and BREATH. A lot to learn and appreciate from the ordinary life of nomads.

Just thank you for this. It has made me slow down . If I get a bit down, i just try and breathe through it. Ok there is the odd time when no matter what you do it will not stop things from happening but that's life. Never give up.

My ancestors claim Mongolian Nomadic, and my grandfather taught me this idea of movement, attuned to Nature and Migration. But what caused me to watch is I am a Breath Worker. Papa call Ed the breath “Myra”, ever heard that name before?

Of course, yoga has amasing tools for restoring our balance, but the problem is why we're losing it. We need changes not another way to take the stress away. Stress, most of the time, is a valid indicator of something went wrong. Imagine how many great things we could do by constructively chanelling the energy of stress instead of suppress it. Being present, I believe, it means also being present in your daily actions and decisions, not only when you're consciously breathing...I mean, now we have to meditate before every step we take because without it we can really be present? This talk has good intentions and many nice words, but it's just an extention of Tuya's ego and insecurity which she confuses with the possibility to really help the others. Actually I saw this video as a Tuya's call for help, not the other way around.

@@carlispope What a constructive advise! You're right, I took a deep breath, and now my perspective changed. Now Tuya's talk is just so deeply...boring, and has a sense of cheap hippie therapy. I'm afarid that if I keep of taking deep aware breaths I'll find this talk completely empty.
