Would be cool to ask the guy if there will be a website/document somewhere at some point listing by state/region which cafes will/have one, so that the common folk get a chance to try brews from it.

Check their website! There is locator so you can find the nearest cafe with a Ground Control.

It's awesome but every cafe that I know who uses Ground Control has QC issues and it breaks down constantly
