oi, alisson.

Gotta say, Mr Super Clear is not in any way easy to find locally. I live in Houston, Texas, USA; which is a big city. Tried hobby stores, hardware stores, art supply stores, and all the local big box stores with no luck. Happily, there's Amazon. It's just that the waiting is hard. Interesting to note, that it says : 'Mr. SUPER CLEAR UV CUT series is special clear coating that reduces the effects of ultraviolet light. Use this coating to preserve your long hours of painting. (This product is made especially for the Mr. Color series and cannot be used over water-based paints and decals.)' Watercolor pencils are water based pigments, although i doubt there is water in them, just water soluble. I have never used anything except acrylics to paint my OOAK dolls. I thinks this would be more fun, except the spaying outside. I would think you could use the clear uv cut as the final top coats, and use the other as the base coats?

@maggotmeatballz26925 жыл бұрын
First of all make sure you're applying very thin layer of MSC and dry then another layer and do the spray at the correct distance. Then you have to understand you don't use barely any force when using the pencils on the face you do it very very softly and build the pigment gradually. It is not very easy, so etimes some color pencils will work better than others on the same box. Eventually after much trying you'll start to see what works for you.
