Those are great thoughts about hiring someone who’s English is great which shows their great upending and emotional intelligence and loyalty, dedicated etc. and then we can train them to do things. Delegation is so scary to me-mostly because of MY English skills-I’m like Filipinos I’m so afraid to hurt someone or scare them off-of appear like someone you should be afraid of-been abused as a child-they still try to abuse me today. No problem with that too. The important thing is you're willing to learn. There are so many entrepreneurs who just leave the learning to their virtual assistants and not make an effort, yet, in the end, they wonder why it fails.
