Your videos are so informative. I started following you and learned so much. I removed gluten , dairy and coffee from my diet and it healed my psoriasis. I’m still consuming few nuts on my cereals. I’m worried that some of these nuts have protein that mimics gluten. These are the nuts I consumed almost every day Pecan nuts, walnuts sunflower seeds , pumpkin seeds, ground linseed and flaxseed.

I am gluten sensitive and I have skin issues. My daughter and I were both tested for our small intestines and she actually has Celiac and that is why she was so very low in iron. Stopping gluten will it make my skin better?

Why when I was little and growing up we never dealt with Gluten situations? Is it because of the GMO'S in our food and that we don't let our soil rest as the Bible indicates?
