Your videos are so informative. I started following you and learned so much. I removed gluten , dairy and coffee from my diet and it healed my psoriasis. I’m still consuming few nuts on my cereals. I’m worried that some of these nuts have protein that mimics gluten. These are the nuts I consumed almost every day Pecan nuts, walnuts sunflower seeds , pumpkin seeds, ground linseed and flaxseed.

@@geauxp I hope not but probably lectin or oxalate but macadamia nuts might be safe

I drink Kombucha tea twice a week for probiotics. I feel great afterwards but is it safe with my thyroid meds?

I am gluten sensitive and I have skin issues. My daughter and I were both tested for our small intestines and she actually has Celiac and that is why she was so very low in iron. Stopping gluten will it make my skin better?

I lift weights ( cross fit) three days a week. I do it to keep strong and fit. How do I get my carbs if I am gluten-sensitive?

@@geauxp Don't you? Lifting weights you need good complex carbs with protein. Why do you think we don't need any carbs?

@@keynadarling because when I went Keto on 20 or 30 carbs a day, I did not need any and my muscles were marvelous but of course we are all different

Yes, as well as bentonite clay and enemas with the bentonite clay along with kefir enemas. Cured my candida this way

Why when I was little and growing up we never dealt with Gluten situations? Is it because of the GMO'S in our food and that we don't let our soil rest as the Bible indicates?
