ex: 1. how do I feel right now? stressed, overwhelmed. 2. how do I wish to feel? at ease with a calm mind. 3. how can I make this my reality? by realizing that life is just a game, and if I play the game of life I can realize it isn't so serious. I can write this down every morning to remember it throughout the day. just an example. hope this helps :)
