Education about the English Constitution/common law was once known as civics in our schools and was removed from the curriculum, including law schools and the Bar Council, back in the 70’s…all by design. Hence why many people, including the legal profession, do not understand the law of the land. Richard you need to have a chat with Graham Moore, leader of the English Constitution Party. He will explain why he considers “the Constitution is the Solution”.

There are books about it but you could also do with Blacks Law dictionary and its a challenge to know the legal definition of literally every word going. Why they use the word PERSON because as a living 'person' you think theyre asking you if youre the living person Paul H. Nope. In writing your name is probably written in black ink probably in BLOCK CAPITAL LETTERS because black ink and capitals are for the dead and you can be a dead person. One day will be. Its a trick they use to get you to say youre a corpse orator. A corporation. A dead body or person that talks and you just said you are. Worse the state polices the state and increasingly they wont enforce the law against themselves. Basically its a criminal state. The Nazis did this too. Totally disregarded the law of the land.

Something I would like to mention for this lovely lady with such a great spirit. What works very well is to never get to the statutes by challenging jurisdiction of your person. As she stated, there is no contract and you're not a slave then by what right do they claim your person. The normal response it that you have a driver license. But a driver is an actor in commerce, so if you were not in commerce at the time that contract does not apply. Also, jurisdiction must be the first part of a charging document. Now in the US, traffic court is an administrative court, not a judicial court. It is much easier to challenge. There is also the challenge before asking to prove jurisdiction to inquire if this is a criminal or civil matter. That is a question they cannot answer for if they do you have them either way. In a criminal matter there needs to be a corpus delicti, literally from Latin, where is the body. Body refers to a harmed human as fictional entities cannot be harmed. If no body, move for dismissal on the grounds there is no crime for which relief can be granted. If a civil matter, then demand an original copy of the contract, how that contract was breached and the damages that are claimed.

@Steve Stratton So Richard , why do you ignore what this lady states? You will not help people to use what this lady explains. WHY? You are going to ba a chairman of a group meeting in April spending three days discussing freedoms. You have yet to explain to your 100,000 + followers the very easy way to use our common law. WHY? WHY? This is what you should be promoting the very easy way to push back the corrupt state. It's not just me. Check out the two Stroud psychologists who were arrested for offending against the lockdown laws. They used the law that this lady explains. They knew that the common law proved that the lockdown laws were against common law. I advise people who have offended parliament law which is against our common law to not argue with the police. When they are charged or summonsed to serve a notice by email on the Crown Prosecution Service by emai containg these facts. "NOTICE. I am your name and address. At time date and place I am accused of offending against act and section. My action is allowed for at common law. I require you to cease and desist causing me harm. Signed and served electronically according to the civil procedure rules. Your name" That's it Richard. Have you the guts to use this in your upcoming expensive conference.

You are not responsible if you have no right of consent.
@Nickle314
@Nickle314 Жыл бұрын
Let me explain. If a woman is raped, she has not had that right of consent. What Ruth is saying ah, if she protested, then its simple and it would be better. I think that Ruth's argument is wrong. So for another example. The government's pension ponzi. Here politicians want you to think its pensioners who are rich who are to blame. They have weatlh [because they have saved] and wealth is all unearned, so its them. Turns out if you do the analysis, pensioners have been ripped off. Mr Average over a life time is down over £2 million because his wealth was taken. If you earn more than average its even more. So they then blame the workers for not paying the tax with no services. At no point does anyone have any consent, and at no point have they been informed. As such they are simply not responsible. It's politicians. Politicians however want a scapegoat. Anyone but them. Hence there needs to be a basic right. The right of informed explicit consent.

@@anneofgreengables1619 Unless you are a politician. Think about consent. Does that other person consent to the harm? If not, I agree. If they do, well is it informed consent? Is it explicit consent? For example, can a person who is mentally ill give informed consent? My view is no. Consent covers the question of harm to others. The usual left wing argument is consent means you can commit murder by not consenting to be covered by the laws on murder. However they ignore the question of the victims consent. The reason is they dont' believe others have the right of consent and their entire political world view is based on no consent for others.

@Deborah Casey There's something to be said for all government spending to be published to the penny, with the names and addresses of the receiptiants, including companies etc. You could argue the same is true for taxes. ie. £3,000 for NHS insurance. £2,500 for common goods £8,000 per year for your kids schooling. ... For those that sleep on their inalienable rights there is no help for the widows son. It's all a scam that's why BBB will not debate the issue with me, as hes exposed and to write any further defacto pseudo legal nonsense like BBB claims that statutes are LAW and this claim lawful when statutes are NOT, statutes and acts creates for a privately operated, for profit crown corporation uk masquerading as a benevolent caring public corporation government, when in truth, the courts police etc are the scammers and do the dirty work against the people they are themselves one of the people of the uk and thus do harm every day using legal nonsense which acts of parliament are only given the "force of law " by the majority of the general population aquiencing , the people being hoodwinked by the legal actors (some unaware, most .gov state actors solicitors / judges, clerk of guardians in councils/courts are mostly aware etc ) and unknowingly the people go along with the legal deception. It's a defacto judicial mess and needs an overhaul as it's about to collapse when the truth and lies are now being highlighted on a massive scale and people are now awakening and thus highlighted to becoming aware of the "administration" that is perpetrated using deception by use of you legal fictional person estates, operated under trust law and the state actors are in total dishonour as in first level courts in the UK and beyond which are commercial, salvage admiralty law and eccastical courts laws of Ba'al, all abuse, operated in the defacto private, not public courts in a bid to deceive and seek peoples hard earned labours (earnings) to swell the coffers of the judicial system that offers only a "control mechanism" based on hidden undisclosed commercial person contracts.anymore nonsense from BBB friends and I will expose more shocking facts and explain how we got here and how the settlement acts, today's passport still affords you to be chattel and like the "P" wornnon the arms of paupers, just like the letter "P"in your passport (type P stated on the main page) confirms your status until you declare your lawful inalienable standing and grasp the Executor controlling position and correct t the error and stay in honour exposing the court racket, and confirming the unlawful operating in commercial roles by the public trustees ( barristers and solicitors, judges indeed any public servant who (Presume) you to be the trustee and they the executor until you correct them. What a lovely lady, thank you Richard for a amazing talk, this has given me hope, I have questioned written and been to me my meeting over fifteen years. I knew I was right and I believed in myself, and lost promotion, my piece of mind was more important than money. But in the NHS once you bring up what's going on, it's the end for you. Kept all my response from CEO down, with out any out come. It all about money and fear.

I am going to watch this video again to get a better understanding of our rights and will certainly be sharing this wonderful lady's advice. The contract aspects of law open up some very interesting points about the way the system just hands us bills and expects us to all cough up, no questions asked.

Excellent comments. Mrs Skolmli is a formidable woman, despite her gentle manner. I live with several dogs at home, and the top dog is very gentle and never needs to fight. I feel very ignorant after listening to this presentation, and I realise we all need to know this stuff. Fractional reserve banking, which I do know about, is another thing everybody should be aware of. I seem to tbe the only person I know who actually takes time to read books and wants to know things. A bit depressing, eh?

Thank you so much, Richard, for another great interview! And as I see it the beauty of the concept of our natural rights is it will help put a stop to the rising confusion in people. Take the EU, in the last few years there have been literally thousands of new regulations! The result is we have hardly any rights left, our life today is filled with all kinds of "wrongs"! In a "lean" system of rights people will again be confident as to how to act in the public realm, after all deep inside we know what's right! It's high time _We the People_ took over asap!

The recent implosion of auditing people seek to do just that, confrontation and self gratification seems to be their end. Yes! It was your parents who ‘informed’ on you….all documents that came from that can be rebutted by the following: It was not my deed! You was not a party to the creation of any of them, you simply ‘assumed’ the family name and surname were yours, but they’re not. If you want to understand the way you’ve been trapped by an assumed ‘armorial’ name (bearing arms) the best channel is ChristianRemedyInLaw. Even if you’re not religious…just park the spiritual side and listen to him break down how they’ve gained control. They have zero rights over your given name….thats why when the parasites invaded in the Magna Carta days one of their first actions was getting people to choose surnames. It is only the surname ADDED TO your name that they have jurisdiction over. Try writing using just your given name and be amazed, lol! It makes a huge difference. 🙂💕👍🏻
