As woman it just always feel like you’ll always have to play a part and do so much and get so little in return. Marilyn was so beloved that she is still talked about to this day and yet she was lonely and died alone. As a woman I’m just starting to give up. It just started to feel like there’s no benefit. I never tried to make this my main goal in life; that is my career but I want a family and it just feels like as the woman you’re always gonna be doing more work.

Statistically this is true. In marriage women's work increases by a lot and men's work decreases. To make things worse women nowadays in western societies pay 50/50 which means you're doing more work than the older generations. I disagree with some level of what you said about simplicity/adornments. Tasteful minimalism in that regard can be EXTREMELY powerful and goddess-esque.
