TRT sounds amazing, I think for me the lifetime commitment is what scares me most, not because I cant commit, but losing supply for whatever reason (like banning of trt, or supply chain issues) or being financially incapable of continuing are probably my worst fears.

Thats exactly my reason too, i wish with all the money we put into health insurance in the US they can AT LEAST cover a prescription for this with professional medical staff monitoring you for the average joe who aren’t paid athletes.

You then will go back to your original levels. This has been proven. There is a lot of scare tactics from pharmaceuticals because if you knew the prescriptions the Dr would prescribe for these symptoms vs testosterone. Is easy to choose. There was 7 lifetime medication my Dr wanted to prescribe for these symptoms yet told me the compound my body produces naturally would cause cancer. Are pharmaceutical industry derives from the petroleum industry and if you have the big c they upgrade you to nuclear. Have conversations with other men and buy a years supply its cheap just be smart and the Dr will only prescribe you enough to get by and if something does go south the pharmacy will suddenly not treat you as a valued customer. Trt is life changing if you need it.

I would say the biggest challenge is finding a good place that will prescribe injectable T. A lot of clinics around me want to go the pellet route since its way more profitable. I tried the pellets and they actually work okay. However, like it was mentioned in this podcast they never last as long as they say they will. My guess is you would have no trouble finding a clinic that would do the pellet therapy. The lifetime commitment is a bit of an issue. The injectable T is not very expensive. 50 bucks for monthly supply (150mg/week) without insurance paying in my neck of the woods. The pellet therapy is $700 for about 4 months. I never tried the cream, but I hear its a pain and is expensive without insurance covering it. However, insurance is more likely to cover the cream. Also, blood tests every 6 months to a year can be a little pricey and sort of a pain. I tried 200mg, but I saw a little more side effects without much added benefit. The minimum effective dose is truly the best route to go.
@pathape
@pathape Жыл бұрын
Also, I started at low 300ng/dl of total test, and at 150mg a week my peak gets to about 900 ng/dl. Sometimes Ive gotten to 1000ng/dl. Friends that take black market T and take 500mg week usually max out what the blood test will detect in the blood. I think thats around 2500 ng/dl. At mid 30's or older, TRT is not close to a real cycle of T or steroids. Also, after awhile guys I know that have taken large amounts of T for years can sometimes only get their T to my levels with a large amount of T. Stay lower dosage as much as possible if you decide to go that route. I think there is something to the Bro Science about that says you can desensitize your androgen receptors with high amounts over time.

It’s funny how she said once you take Testosterone you’re on it for life, so I never took anything no PED’s in my teens, 20’s or 30’s. I started taking it at 42 years old, and when I did I knew yup this is it if I do this I’ll never be able to get off of this because my body isn’t producing it like it used to anyway. So I went to the doctors found out how low I was and surprised as I was to hear I am higher than most men my age and I didn’t need trt as the doctor put it I went home and administered it into my leg. That was 3 years ago and I feel phenomenal even still to this day, I’ve gotten Covid once people once so trt does more than what the obvious factors are. I’m glad I did it glad I’m doing it and me having to continue for life is fine for me

I want to see more coverage like this. ❤️ I'll be starting TRT stacked with Sermorelin either this week or next. My reason for choosing TRT is to improve my overall well-being. After getting my blood work done, I discovered that my testosterone levels were low, among other factors contributing to hormonal imbalance. My symptoms included: - Persistent fatigue - Low libido - Lack of sexual drive and motivation - Depression - Feelings of low self-worth - Brain fog I was once extremely active, but I noticed a change 3 years ago and have been declining ever since, while ignoring the symptoms. It takes humility! Don't let anyone convince you that your levels are 'normal for your age' when that's not always the case. There are many factors that can lead to low testosterone. So please, consider getting checked and take steps to improve your health.

When my test levels was at 271 and free was 4 I was in limp mode or reserve now with trt I've installed a super tuner and another has tank. I chose full optimization after 3 years of trying to do every test booster scheme out there. Not including test boosters pills except tongkat ali which yielded the best results momentarily. My blood test was done at 10am after a run and push-ups. I'm 33 not fat had a six pack prior to trt but was in the gutter. Optimization is never a bad direction everything including exercise is for life.

It’s really not hard to do good research and many people don’t even fathom the fact nutrition is mainly one of the things you need to properly do as well as exercise now when performance and other issues start then its a great time to get that blood work done and start trt to regain 20 years again and feel better. For me it was a few years ago my testosterone was below 450 and a few months ago barely decided to do Keto and bloodwork after a few weeks and see if the Dr will start me on trt. Just on the diet change (proper human nutrition) my testosterone was almost 280 higher than previous years but still sub optimal so Dr decided to start me on low dose in case I respond quicker being in Ketosis all the time, now this is one of the few ways to make your body work properly so a few more months and we’ll know

TRT is for the weak minded, you guys talk about drugs like it is the normal thing to do. Today almost none off the elite olympic athletes take drugs that are on the Wadda list and train much more/harder than you fitness influencers. Most sports are getting much cleaner. Except for the bodybuilding and fitness industry, just take the shortcut man, use some, not to much and see a doctor...that is the common spirit here, by the way , that is half a man talking here
@arthurfonzarelli9828
@arthurfonzarelli9828 7 ай бұрын
First of all TRT is not a drug it's a hormone. This is like saying somebody shouldn't wear glasses if they can't see. If your body is not making testosterone at a sufficient level and your experiencing major side effects from it then you're crazy not to fix it just like if you were to wear glasses. I won't even get into the horrible take that you think nobody can is taking TRT with competitive athletes haha okay. Also remember these are therapeutic doses used to get you to levels that put you in your upper normal range from a hormones perspective. TRT is so good for people that there are thousands of papers showing how much it helps for your heart. In fact within a decade you'll see it being one of the first protocols used by cardiologist and would be right now if the medical industry wasn't so corrupt and only worried about profit instead of helping people. I'm 52 years old 13% body fat percentage and have never had a better body in my entire life and I take 150 mg a week and have forever. My motivation levels for sky high that's the number one thing testosterone gives you. I would never be in this good shape or have such low body fat percentage and good blood markers without it. I have no medications either. I won't even mention about how much it's saved my sex life. Lastly I go to one of the top TRT doctors in the world and there are numerous studies that show you can be the most dialed in type a personality person in the world if your testosterone levels are low you are bumping them up especially if your diet's on point, you're screwed. So then what someone's supposed to do? Just suffer? Absolutely ridiculous, by an uneducated person who doesn't really know what they're talking about on the subject.
