Glad to help Pops! This video is a little old now so there have been lots of changes in LB. Check out Lioranboard2 or Streamer.bot (I now use Streamer.bot in place of the original LB)

@@BeckiLea thanks for the tips. I found a program through another video called "touch portal" and it works like magic! I didn't know lioranboard had a "2", I strayed away from the first one because it had a lot going on with it 😅

@@PlayedOutPops ah that’s fab! I do actually use touch portal on an iPad just for changing scenes and also a voice changer (that I always forget to use lol). But for anything that happens ‘automated’ say when someone redeems channel points or on a scheduled basis then that’s where something like Streamer.bot comes in. Possibilities are endless though once you get stuck in. Enjoy the chaos that comes with viewers doing things to your stream 😂

I decided to change up a lot with my stream, while the Fiverr guys and gals are making my alerts, I thought about making the stream interactive 😅 so far I figured out a "yoga fire" from dhalsim burning my camera with shaders/filters changing via a chat command 🤣 if streamer bot can manipulate filters via chat commands, I'll pick whichever is easier 😂

@@nitsugagr the Chocobo’s are just an animated gif and input music behind them but this other tutorial tells you how to add transparency to video files in OBS the same way I did for the chocobos :)

Hey i had a question, ive started using it and in my case i wanted to hide many sources and activate just one. Do you have to add some MS to each subsequent actions in OBS (it seems not to be able to do multiple visibility = false at the same time). thanks!

Hiya Frank. Easiest way to do this is to duplicate your scene, remove the sources you don’t want visible and in Lioran use the ‘switch scene’ option to flip between them effectively hiding the sources you don’t want visible. I would then set up the custom transition for that scene so it was cut or fade so it just looked like things were turning on and off. Otherwise you can just keep adding as many sources as you need to turn on or off using the plus at the bottom of the command page. Just make sure the delay MS for any actions match for each source so they all vanish and reappear together. So for example, each item needs to vanish for 3 seconds. Line one has visible=false ms=0, line 2 has visible=true ms=3000. Repeat for every source you want to hide under that one. Hope that makes sense 🙈

​@@BeckiLea, good idea. But i thought it would make it a bit heavy to have different scenes for each source to manipulate via Lioran. I found out why what i did didn't work, OBS can't take 2 mouse inputs at the very same time in the same scene. I just added a 5ms delay between each "click" of visibility = false/true and now it works all within the same scene. Hope this helps some other users. Once again thanks and amazing video~!

Hiya. In The OBS source make sure the ‘refresh on shutdown’ is ticked, it may be worded slightly different. Then when you toggle the source on it should play from the beginning.

I've followed this word for word. I have tried commands and channel points. The video clip doesn't show. Am I being daft? If Lioranboard is reading the file from your full sized gif section, how will obs know to play it in the scene you need?

Hiya. If you haven’t watched it yet, check out the video I made about Nested Scenes as this explains how to make sure that OBS can play the gifs on all my sources. Basically if you have all your Gifs on one scene like I do, you need to then ‘nest’ that whole scene on every other scene you want them to appear.

Hiya. This one can be hit and miss with audio. Some of my clips worked off the bat with the audio and some needed to be added as a separate audio (via media source) that was triggered to play at the same time. I think it depends on the type of file you are using. So if yours isn’t working I would save a copy of the file as an mp3 and add that in OBS then add it as a command line to toggle on and off with the image.

Hey Bekz. I was trying to get this to work, but when I go to "Tools" in OBS the websocket plugin doesn't show up. I unzipped the files to the root of my OBS Studio's file like it said, but still can't get it to show up???

Did you download it first using the link in description? If so you may need to restart OBS or your PC. I have found sometimes that Lioranboard works best if it is installed somewhere like your Documents or Desktop instead of Program Files. If you keep having issues try moving the install.

Dam, how do I not know about this. I've been using touch portal, which also reads twitch chat... And auto redeems. However u have to have the gifs in every single scene in OBS, which just creates so much clutter.

I almost used touch portal but I didn’t like that you had to have the app running on your phone for it to work. I preferred having something sitting on the pc. Let me know how you get on with it. What I’ve shown here is really basic but this plugin can do so much more it’s unreal!!

@@BeckiLea ill still deffo use touch portal and I still highly rate it. I use it on a super old Samsung tablet that would be in the scrap yard otherwise. Use it like a free stream deck to switch scenes n manually trigger things without having to remember hotkeys. Lol, will be a while but I'll deffo migrate my channel points and explore other areas to this at some point in the next week or 2

Didn't work for me. No effects worked for me. Pretty sure I did everything right. All three buttons were gray. Green check mark on Twitch ID. Created a Scene with a single test-effect on it. Effect is defaulted to Invisible in OBS. Added a button for it in LioranDeck. Chat Command #1 source visibility set to True. Chat Command #2 source visibility set to False. 10000ms Delay. Twitch Trigger to channel points didn't work. Twitch Trigger to chat command didn't work. Couldn't get OBS to show the video. Thoughts?

Hey! When you toggle the video manually in OBS does it play? Are you running both recent versions of both OBS and Lioranboard? I've found sometimes when I resize things in OBS they can totally vanish which is an odd bug but you can check if this is an issue by right clicking the source in question, go to transform and then reset transform. From what you've described it sounds like the set up is correct but hard to tell without seeing what's in there. If you want to drop some screenshots in the the Discord I'll be happy to take a deeper look if the above things are all in check.
