It’s saying in Gujarati “ surat nu jaman ane kashi nu maran “. Means when you die in kashi its heavenly ( can get moksha) same with when you eat different foods in surat it’s heavenly experience. Even many recipes which are available only in surat and adjoining areas and not available in other parts of Gujarat.

Abhi recently ek Gujarati movie dekhi usame bhi lead actress video dekh k kuch to recipe bana rahi thi, I guess pasta aur woh aapki YFL ki video thi.. aap ki recipes itani dekhi hai k woh bhi notice ho gaya..
