Bored of the traditional chole recipe, thought of trying something new and knowing well that you have numerous amazing recipes for every single food item, checked this one out and as expected it came out to be so so delicious that even my 1.5 year old baby boy couldn’t resist it. We generally have chole once a day, and when I tried to give my baby cerelac for dinner, he simply refused and had chole again. It was a coincidence that I had soaked chole and while searching for a good recipe came across this. I made it last night, It turned absolutely delicious!! I have tried different amritsari chole recipe before but non can beat this!! A must try! For a thicker consistency I grinded 2 tablespoons of chole and added to the dish.

Awesome as usual. Excellent recipe. Even I make Chole bhature this way. But chana never gets done in 3 whistles it always takes 7-8 whistles. And also mixing boiled potato while making dough turns out the best Bhatures

Hey Chef, stumbled upon your channel last week and loved it for its every detail. Knowing it is way way superior in every way, can I share a little experience? I wanted to make Chole n bhatura for my husband’s birthday tomorrow (lockdown celebration) and I decided to follow your chole recipe, however I realised that following your recipe is difficult. The speed of ingredients additions is very fast. So its hard to note down what and how much went into the making. Am sure there is a reason for that speed however in my view its a bit too fast. Without the viewer having to alter the speed of video can you slow down a bit? Thank you... take care & stay safe
