I have a small Mirro brand loaf pan which measures 7 1/2 x 3 3/4 x 2 1/4. I now use this recipe to make the cutest little loaves for two. Thanks again for these much appreciated small batch recipes.

They are aluminum. I've only been able to find aluminum pans in that size.

My mixer doesn’t have the paddle attachment….do you just use the regular beaters?

Do you have a dough hook? If all you have is the whisk attachment you may need to use your hands to knead the bread together
