In the States, a lot of us during the Holidays use Jiffy Corn muffin mix to make Cornbread Casserole. Recipe. 1/4 pound butter, melted 1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn 1 (15 ounce) can creamed corn 1 (8.5 ounce) package corn bread mix 12 ounce sour cream INSTRUCTIONS Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). In a mixing bowl, combine butter, whole corn, cream corn, corn muffin mix and sour cream. Fold all ingredients together, pour into 2 quart casserole dish. Bake for 1 hour.

I'm not a fan of cornbread stuffing, but the muffins are great and cornbread is something that is served regularly in the South with BBQ - ribs, brisket, chicken, etc., anything that's smoky or spicy will be good to have the corn muffins with. Hey NZ Fam, just discovered your channel and really enjoy it. Being from AZ, I really enjoyed seeing you guys get a box from Queen Creek.. which is about 20 minutes from me. Sam, you said a couple times that our flag is "epic". Well yes, it is, lol. There was actually a LOT of thought that went into the design of our flag & I thought you might enjoy understanding what you were looking at. Most people think that it was designed to look like a sunset but in reality, it represents a sunrise. We are the 48th state & the last of the mainland states (also referred to as "The lower 48", before Alaska & Hawaii). So at the time of our inception into statehood, we were the newest rising star in the U.S. Hence the star rising as a sunrise. The star itself, although it doesn't translate well to fabric, is a copper star. Copper is our state mineral & we produce LOTS of it. The rays of the sunrise number 13 in honor of the original 13 colonies of the U.S. and the red & gold color of the rays are to honor the colors of the Spanish flag, the 1st nation colors to be carried in this part of what is now the U.S. The blue was considered to be a royal color at the time & is the same color blue on the U.S. flag. So yeah, they put a lot of though behind the design of our flag to represent many different concepts of our state, country, & what was happening at the time. As mentioned, copper is our state mineral, & thus is one of our many state nicknames; "The Copper State". We are also known as "The Grand Canyon State", for obvious reasons, & a little known fact is that we also called "The Valentine State" because we became a state on Valentine's day; February 14th, 1912. So there you go, just thought you'd like some more fun facts about our really cool flag and state. Keep up the great work!
