I could feel more "space" in my straight posture right away after this stretching! Really good video, thank you for different levels demonstrated:)

I am going to try to do more of these stretches. If you can't get your heel close to your bum, what should you do to be able to get heel close

The key is to keep at it and it’ll continue to progress over time

Will this help with hip impingement? Obviously it will help due to the obvious enhancement of the entire area but is that likely to have any impact on hip impingement?
@YourWellnessNerd11 ай бұрын
It really depends mate. Like you said if there’s some tightness at the front that’s contributing to that impingement it may logically help. From a general standpoint, something like this: kzbin.info/www/bejne/pXy5ZmBuhpiohpYsi=n9so6CcdF0TBlOyw may help more directly. But obviously it’s hard to give specific advice without assessing someone

KZbin is scary. I was literally doing this stretch and this video came up.. 😂. After thousands of dollars spent on my lower back pain I can tell you this stretch is the truth. Misaligned legs and feet. Duck feet syndrome. Tight hip flexors can ruin your life

Hope it helps mate!

Appreciate your work but can you make your videos shorter. You are repeating yourself too much.

It's algorithm fluff. I believe it's currently 8mins and you need people to watch to the end. Review channels are classic for it, intro waffle, give opinion, show a clip, repeat opinion, show a clip, summarize with opinion again reworded. Boom easy money.

Genuinely mate, it’s just how long it takes me to get through what I feel I need to discuss. Happy to try and make things shorter if people feel the message gets across better. But I’m going for depth and context as well.

No shorter video, what is 8 mins to someone's life? Nothing. It's essential to understand the problem to get a better understanding of the solution. Instead of just doing something because someone says "The best stretch for x".
