In this workout I have with me some stud football players. If you know anything about Pickerington you know that football is in the blood. We grow them big and strong as you will see in this video. This workout can be done by anyone looking to get stronger or even put on some size. Give this a try and let me know how you liked it.

Not sure who's having more fun here .. but guessing it's Coach 'Two More' Meadows. He would be great working with these young guys as a part time strength coach at a high school somewhere. This guys are so fortunate to get S&C tips from a G.O.A.T.

@mountaindog1 Hi John! Big fan, I especially love your queues and form breakdowns. Question for you, why do you not lock out your elbows on your weighted dips? Is this just to keep tension on the chest? I find that I get my best chest contractions when I completely lock out on my dips. Thanks in advance for your guidance!
@NielsO-t3v
@NielsO-t3v 3 жыл бұрын
Hes training the chest more in the stretched position, which is done in the bottom half of the range of motion as you see John doing. The lockout is mostly tricep, if you lock the elbows out entirely the pressure will be on your joints instead of the muscle. If you want to train the chest in a more contracted/shortened range of the chest you are better off doing a flye variation or a machine chest press 😀 Hope that helps!

Not tryna be rude, I’m from Germany and have no clue about American Football. But is it normal for college football players to be so heavyweight? Of course they’re strong as you can see by the one guy Bench pressing but don’t they have to be agile and run fast too? I guess it has to do with their in game positions. But they seem to have more body fat than I thought college players would have (no offense). Maybe someone can explain to me?
