The problem is these alternative platforms are for some reason refusing to copy how KZbin as an app works. The main reason I'm still on KZbin is because all the rest of the alternative options are terrible or down right unusable. For example, I can't use rumble at work where 60% of my content is consumed. Odyssey notifications breaks my phone is another example. I would *love* an alternative to KZbin, but the user experience is getting ignored on alternatives platform because they're too focused on being a better platform for content creators.

The stupidness of mass flagging should have been solved in the Let's Play era when some group found out that mass flagging things booted the channels. When this happened I had contacted a friend of mine that is a peon at twitter and even though she wasn't a huge fan, she had enough coworker friends that were fans that she got some word around, and they apparently helped in some way as well from their side to make sure the word got out and loudly. From what they know, YT is run like a bunch of high school cliques that don't all get along. With politics within and amongst these groups to again be just like high school drama at its finest. So her suspicion is that somebody(s) there supported this thing happening initially but some more mature heads eventually prevailed. But chaos there in how things are run and handled is the norm even for an operation as huge as it is.

The problem is... None of them TRULY do. And even if they do (or did) they get bullied/ subverted/ attacked/ or threatened, until they do. Even Rumble and Bitchute have kicked some people off their platforms now. People that weren't doing anything super extreme, or illegal, or anything like that. Just practicing that ever more elusive "free speech" a little too hard. Lol It's a terrible shame. But the big players simply have too much pull and influence. They control the internet basically. And they can screw these smaller companies in a myriad of underhanded ways. *We need an entirely new, and seperate internet, in reality. But that really p*sses me off that it's gone that far, honestly.

Today I did a battery use check on my phone: 70% Rumble 1% KZbin This is a direct result of KZbin cancelling Nick and a suite of other content creators I follow. There’s something wrong with your business practices, KZbin. Fix it. Or don’t. I don’t care. There are better alternatives that don’t do this to content creators and their audiences. I’m team ride or die with the Pope.

They'll only "notice" after they start losing too much money, and it'll be too late. They keep striking & banning a LOT of creators bringing in a lot of income for the company. Its all so unnecessary and infuriating, let them sink their own company. All they had to do was listen to the money makers.
