totally on board with what you say except for when you mentioned "kundalini". When that eruption of energy started within my being and began its work of unravelling all the conditioned structures/traumas/falseties, making its way up to the crown to now understand all that you are saying because there is no resistance from the internal dialogue. Kundalini is not a fad or yoga. It is the cosmic eraser. Love your work God, appearing as Anna :)

Watching your videos is so trippy to me. I get the feeling like when you realize your mom isn't holding onto your bike and you're on your own. It's a feeling of both panic and excitement. And it happens over and over. Realizing me, the bike, my mom and the outsider observer ect. Are all one thing and separate at the same time. I mean I get that feeling/realization in the "real world" (spontaneous awakening?) But it feels safe when you point at the illusion and my brain doesn't want to reject the is ness as fast. Thank you

Such resonance with your pointings dear Anna. To the point of you hear this when your ready to hear it. I've had glimpses since childhood. Yet true unveiling and getting this truly came a couple of years ago at age 65. Here is the cool part...once you truly hear, see, get this and Time drops away, you get that your ageless and all that time and frustration of "seeking" effortlessly falls away and all you are and know is this. And even though to my character I believed and felt I suffered and struggled Forever, once awake all that becomes a moment's dream. Poof, gone. The one thing I believe may help if one can hear this is if you can catch yourself seeking, notice the tension of Trying to understand this and in those moments Relax. Relax your body, notice your breath, let go of thinking, trying and any doing if even for just a few moments this physical relaxation allows space to notice your true Self. Off to lift some marshmallows...lol.

This had it's first aha non-duel moment. In meditation I moved to adjust myself about 5-10 mins in. Normally I would mentally beat myself up about messing up my flow. Then maybe think I needed to start over to get the most out of the meditation. Instead I said to Self that it's ok and laughed about it in my head. I found myself moving more times(almost like dancing or swaying)during the rest of meditation and it was then a magical new inspired meditation. No more perfection and control.......just be. Thank you/me for showing the light that's inside💜

Hi Anna, Me and my wife have developed a life hack we want to share with you: Instead of saying "I am going to perfection manifesting as the shop" or "I am eating perfection manifesting as my dinner" we instead omit the words "perfection manifesting as". Thus, instead we say "I am eating my dinner" or "I am going to the shop". This saves us a lot of time each day and can also be used in other phrases such as "I am wearing perfection manifesting as someone else's (possibly stolen) underwear" and "I am skinning this perfection manifesting as a banana alive".

Hi Anna, I resonate with many of this which you share. I was wondering how we would /you would go about talk sharing about these things with a friend or how would you think a school/academic setting would react, interpret these ideas and conversation. I find myself being alone in this idea and don't necessarily mind it, but it would be nice sometimes to be able to conversate with someone who "gets" this Regardless im happy to discover you even if I can't have a physical conversation with someone of this style. Anna can you elaborate on the death of the physical body? I’m also a CNA, I do in home health, apparently but when the actual physical apparent body dies then what? Like I get the decay of the apparent physical body but what about who we really are, what happens?? Like there is no we, I can’t word this correctly. Somebody recently asked the apparent Jim Newman what is after death of the apparent physical body? And he answered stating, there is no after… She was confused by that which, I understood what he meant there apparently but she said if there’s no after then what happens and he said, “this”??
