There was just a recent story about an elderly retiree who lost his entire life savings to this scam. What's maddening is that a KZbin channel could get an immediate strike for using a piece of a copyrighted song, and yet KZbin seems unable or unwilling to deal with scams like this.

Same happened to me 10 minutes ago and in the middle of the "deep fake live stream" the channel got suspended. This live streaming is still circling and suggested by KZbin to people.

I see this quite often actually. Mostly it's UFC LIVE with a picture of the biggest and best fighters and when you click on its someone just trying to scam you by clicking a link in the chat.

That AI video was still running less than 2 weeks ago. I saw a video about it on a different platform. The streams were ended the next day. I'm only here now because I came across other scams and decided to look into this one again. Great video thank you.

I guess it's even worse now with the deepfake tech but LTT got hacked like a year ago and when they have massive channels they easily get to the top of recommended because the algo thinks it's a major event. Kind of similar to why you always get recommended space launches when they happen because so many other people click the streams to see what's happening.

It has not been removed. It was the first thing I saw when I hopped on 20 min ago. I started watching it, as a big fan of Musk and watching his interviews I could tell it wasn't his voice. What really tipped me off was the way his speech was at a constant flow. Elon Musk does not speak that way. His brain works much faster than his mouth can get out the words bc he's extremely articulate and his level of intellect is so great, he has to unencrypt his words and speak in lamance terms for ppl to understand...otherwise nobody would be able to comprehend.

Hi they are doing the same scam with Brad Garlinhouse from Ripple XRP saying the same, that they will double your crypto back , but the question is how youtube is allowing this channels been created 2 or 3 ttmes a week with all the A.I they have. the channels also had lots of videos with lots thousands of followers and also the videos with lots of views I have screen captures of all , or they are great hackers that can hack youtube like nothing or is youtube involved in the scams , I think the second one is the more right one

I was scammed and it sucks. I can't believe KZbin let this happen especially during the 2024 Live Stream Bitcoin Conference. I was caught totally off guard since it showed up on all the search results. I thought it was legit, I was not thinking and now I'm screwed.

Seen it for a few years now, you would think YT could auto-detect this crap. They send a link/attachment and the unfortunate person who clicks on it, their YT session get stolen, YT channel renamed and password changed. Thats why it goes to the top, they are real channels that have been stolen.
