The shooters in the video at the beginning was Vietnamese (as I am Vietnamese and can understand what they were saying). This was likely the result of the conflict between us and the Chinese as they were claiming our islands Truong Sa and Hoang Sa was their although there are evidences that they have been ours all along. Some of us are furious of them and are willing to take extreme measures against them. Unfortunately there are no records of this crime and I do support the idea that all crimes should be punished no matter the context.

I think KZbin has this policy that you can't say certain words and whatnot in the first 10 seconds. Twitch Chat easily gets videos demonotized with just one person saying anything they want.

From what ive read, it seems like the guys in the water Were pirates, and failed to board the fishing boats, and that would explain the laughing, even if its very morbid. like if they tried to board them, but got run over instead, and then were just floating in the water. and they instead of capturing them, just picked em off one by one, which is insane. but makes the footage make sense kinda.
