I am one of those people with a really really big heart for animals and feel really bad for them really easily, and simply seeing this title and seeing the first second of this makes me want to commit physical harm to this man for how much pain that shark was probably going through. The closest you’d ever get to having an animal that can breathe in a non salt water pool is a bull shark and I’m pretty sure a bamboo shark if the conditions are right. But in the end, they are BRACKISH WATER creatures, not CHLORINE TREATED literal pools of poison [ pun both intended, and not intended. ]. Animals are not designed for entertainment. No, I’m not vegan. But I atleast have a few brain cells going to know that animals have pain and emotions aswell. If anything, that shark has more emotion than that jerk will ever experience throughout his entire lifetime. I have now in fact seen the first thirty seconds and now realize it’s a dead shark. Either way, it’s still stupid he’d do this in the first place, and I have no doubt that if he wasn’t too scared of medical bills to actually put his sister in danger, I still believe he’d use a live shark the second he would’ve gotten a chance for it. I hate seeing the way he treats the body of the shark and seeing it lifelessly sit in that man’s hands. If you eat meat, then you can’t really say you have a soft spot for animals. The idea of eating meat is fine, however the way it’s executed (maximum money possible) is really fucked up, even if you buy free range (on top of that, a lot of cafes and restaurants you eat at don’t use free range anyway if you want to make that argument) so I don’t really see why you care so much about two dead sharks.
