2009年10月生まれ。2歳からおもちゃ代わりにドラムを始め、4歳からライブ活動を始める。
5歳で 『かねあいよよか』を結成、幼稚園在籍中の6歳でファーストCDを発売。
作詞作曲、ボーカル、ピアノも担当。ライブやイベントなどこれまでに150本以上のステージを経験。
2018年6月、世界的な女性ドラマーのコンテスト『Hit Like A Girl 2018』の18歳以下の部にて、最年少の8歳でウイークリーチャンピオンとなる快挙を達成。
Led Zeppelinの『Good Times Bad Times』をカヴァー演奏した応募動画は、アメリカのローリングストーン誌やビルボードで特集され、世界中に拡散。
Red Hot Chili Peppersのチャド・スミス、KISSのエリック・シンガー、Sonic Youthのキム・ゴードン、シェリル・クロウ、ショーン・レノンらから称賛される。
国内でも、矢野顕子、佐藤竹善、ハマ・オカモト、亀田誠治、ピエール中野らも驚きとともにSNSでよよかを紹介。

2018年9月11日、さいたまスーパーアリーナで開催された『第27回東京ガールズコレクション2018 AUTUMN/WINTER8』でドラム演奏を披露。3万人の観客を沸かせた。
タイで撮影された世界的スポーツブランド"Nike"のワールドワイドCMに抜擢。セリーナ・ウィリアムズらとの共演。動画再生1500万回。
2018年10月、札幌の道新ホールにてアマチュアとして異例の700名チケットソールドアウト。KenKenらをゲストに迎え、全18曲を完奏。
2018年10月21日、東京ビックサイトで開催された国内最大の楽器総合イベント『2018楽器フェア』"ベースの日×ドラムの日 楽器フェア50周年スペシャル"に出演。ベーシストの亀田誠治やドラマーのピエール中野、KOUHEI（4 Limited Szabys）と共演。
同11月29日、札幌のhitaruにてNHK「いまこそ、ひとつに、北海道ライブ」にアマチュアで唯一出演。細川たかし、大黒摩季、AKB48、Littele Glee Monster、SHISHAMO、大泉洋と共演。
大黒摩季のステージでは「ららら」のドラムで参加。
2019年1月、“The Ellen DeGeneres Show”に出演。また、老舗ライブハウス「Whisky A Go Go」にて海外初ライブを大盛況で終える。
2019年4月、Newsweek日本版「世界が尊敬する日本人100人」に選出。

She plays with such joy and exuberance that you feel her joy. She reminds me of Keith Moon really (I am a huge Who fan). And obviously her technical skills are excellent. Imagine what will happen when she is in an original band that writes its own material....and when she gets even more technically advanced with age. As long as she stays grounded as a person with the wisdom of her parents she should be okay. And she should also have the chance to develop her own free spirit at the same time.

What can you say that hasn't already been said about Yoyoka. faultless performance down to perfection. Very professional in her approach to the songs she covers for one so young. Although that seems to be standard practise for these young Japanese musical talents. I'm sure she will be in a great band when the time is right and she has had time to grow up and experience her young years like a normal girl her age. Time is diffinately on her side.
