This is one of my favorite videos by Yoyoka. Right up there with her covers of "Burn" and "Onyx". I love the joy she shows in playing; just genuinely having fun. And her timing and accuracy is impeccable.

Nice reaction. Yoyoka was amazing at 8, but her drumming has improved so much since then. She's genuinely playing at a pro level. Her recent session with a hand-picked band is really good. And if you haven't seen it, her performance of Burn by Deep Purple is awesome, as is Iain Paice's reaction to it!

Self taught. Started playing at 1.5 yo. Been playing live on stage since 4 y.o. Joined her family band as a full fledged member at age 5. She actually has a video on her channel teaching that swivel kick technique when she was 8. LOL A true prodigy!

She always stick-waves at the end, and fans 😇 like to wave back 👋. She sometimes puts her 'bloopers' on the end too, which are worth watching. She has played with internationally recognised musicians to audiences of tens of thousands. Yoyoka and Junna are both incredible young drummers, as is Sina. And Haruna of Lovebites just had a Birthday two days ago, not sure how old she is. Now for some unusual drum solo requests, first the Godmother Of Drumming Dorothea Taylor "Down With The Sickness" and the most unique drum solo you will ever do "Home Free Drum Solo" by Adam Rupp and finally The Wagakki band "DrumxWadaiko Battle". Enjoy these mind blowing performances.

Great reaction sir! All her covers are awesome. But if you want to see her most awesome work, check out this improv jam session she did recently. 10 Min Vid, 3 songs. I like 1st and last best. First one she leads and guitarist follows, last one Guitarist leads and she follows. Both will blow you away! First time these two have played together and it was unrehearsed. Watched your junna cover. This drummer is also awesome! Check out Band Maid! Their drummer Akane Hirose (aka The Gorilla) is also incredible! I would recommend Freedom or Domination live.
