The most complicated card in the game is without a doubt Number 103 Ragnazero, because even though it makes you draw a card right after it destroys your opponent's monster, it doesn't make Deep-Eyes White Dragon miss timing

You forgot to explain something about this card and i hope you actually read this and asnwer my question. How does inspector work during a chain? I was playing in ygopro the other day and i summon bufferlo, went into baylenx thinking i would only activate one effect, but i got the option to activate both bufferlo and baylenx effect and they both resolved even though i only had a link monster. My question is why??? The only thing i can think of is because those effects trigger at the same time so at the time of activation i was able to use both. But I don’t know. I hope you can explain this to me. Thanks

If the effect says "is less than" and not "is equal to or less than" shouldn't it mean that you need two different card types on the field to activate one effect? [Types of cards on the field]>[Effects that can be activated], not [Types of cards on the field]≥[Effects that can be activated].
