If I recall correctly in the manga against Arcana it is stated that she gains 500 ATK for each DM in the GY. That said I went and checked, I own 6 copies of Dark Magician Girl, 3 of the ones you have Tekking, and three that are alternate artwork.

Another cool thing was that when Atem/Yami Yugi was like fighting Weevil and Weevil kept taunting him and pretended that he actually killed Yugi by ripping the Card that had his soul in it and Atem like went ham on his ass and kept doing the DRAWW MONSTERRRUUU CARDDDOOO thing and kept attacking him over and over when he finally got stopped the Card that he was about to send to the Graveyard right before he stopped himself was the Dark Magician Girl and that made him feel very sad lmao was kinda cute to see like even though shes a card she affected him that much even though he sent like his other Cards to the Grave Yard without any hesitation
