I have a pure...PURE zombie deck. It functions high for a solid 7/10. Possibility for brick at 3/10 unless I get lucky and pull another copy of eldlich. It's a quad splash (sounds awful in theory but trust me it functions high) I'm running 50main 15extra and 15side. I'll post it if you're interested. Current price of all singles together is around 250$ but my eldlich was 4$ along with both of my black awakenings bc I pulled em. Most of the zombies I got cheap by buying zombie lots for like 30-60$ and full decks of shiranui and mayakashi but they were only like 35-40$ and if I'm being honest the splashes I'm doing are small. If you already run zombies then you'll already have a good portion im sure.

Dont get your hopes up lady's and gentlemen, eldlich is still the better version. This deck still hard loses to: evenly matched, drnm, kaijus, nibiru, lightning storm, d.d. crow, ash and any floodgate/backrow. All of which are extremely common counters found in the format.

What UltraXD64 means is that the deck can't muscle through disruption. If the normal summon play gets blocked, the deck's only hope is to randomly mill the right cards with dangers to make a field full of chumps. The extra-deck is full of wombo-combo pieces that culminates into just 3 monsters (Savage Dragon, Avramax, Borrelsword). If those three get stopped, then the deck just has Balerdroch and a bunch of useless combo pieces.

I ran ZombieDoll for a bit but recently spent roughly a month re-building and revising a PURE zombie deck. Only 1 non-zombie in the whole deck and it's a link monster the bomber dragon for bored wiping. It's a quad splash, between all of the best zombie archetypes, I know it sounds iffy but, I've consistently won against adamancipater and sky strikers, which feels so good.

Except that a majority of the main deck is zombies, it’s goal is to end on balerdroch and use extenders to make the board stronger. You can easily use the needlefiber to get into balerdroch easier but because not every card is a zombie, that changes the archetype somehow

@@theonethathungers5552 15 zombies (plus sucker in the extra if you want) ad 18 non zombie monster, there isn't majority Plus the deck has an engine (the zombie monsters) which as the name implies, makes the deck run, so its obvious that you use them, but all the combo revolves around link summoning the best link monsters in the game (again, not one is a zombie). So with that logic, if I play lightswarn with a shadoll engine I'm playing shaddol and not lightswarn P.S. just to be clear I'm not saying that the deck is bad, I'm saying that is not zombie

Lol, the day a generic summon from hand is an issue is a scary day. There are tons of things that would be better hits. Red resonator is a tuner that summons a level 4 or lower monsters from your hand and you can play resonator call to search it, essentially meaning you play 6 red resonators.
