Considering Clorinde is designed around being a Musketeer theme character, she may end up being a sword and gun user to match the musketeer theme. Not to mention with Fontaine being France theme, the design choice maybe intentional for her to represent as a member for Teyvat version of the Musketeers of the Guard (aka Musketeers of the military household of the King of France or as they in French "Mousquetaires de la maison militaire du roi de France") which acted as Royal Guards for the King of France which may make Clorinde a member of the Royal Guards for the Hydro Archon.

As the god of justice, Furina (the girl at the end) would most likely be the archon, even just based on her position in the courthouse. Like Zhongli doesn't make every contract, but tried to preside over and mandate them, the archon of Fontaine wouldn't necessarily be the judge, but would preside over every hearing. Which would explain why Neuvilette (the man at the end) would be asking her to settle down, so proceedings can continue.

People are worried this may be a similar situation with Neuvillette. I hope not since Kamiya Hiroshi is amazing, but there is precedence for people to worry

Two things that I don't know if anyone else has pointed out: 1. The girl you assume to be the Hydro Archon is very likely Focalors. Nahida referred to Focalors as "she" and told us that "Focalors reserves the right to veto any judgement made by the Grand Court." Given that the girl appears to be seated higher than the guy in the final scene of the trailer, she seems to be more important than him in the hierarchy of Fontaine's justice system, so... chances are high that she's the Archon. 2. But speaking of said guy: he's basically the supreme justice of Fontaine, which also makes him highly important. It's interesting to me that he's able to tell Focalors, his archon, to basically shut up while the trial is still ongoing, which tells me that in the courtroom, his word still carries a lot of weight. bonus thing I wanna point out: I think it's funny that the High Court of Justice of Fontaine kinda just looks like a big theater. But we were also told by Nahida that Focalors thinks of the trials as some kind of performance she enjoys watching... mostly. As of the trailer, she acts like she's finally seen it all and craves something new... which may just be where the Traveler comes in during the Archon quest.
