I love Salisbury Steak. I add finely, uniformly diced, green, red and yellow bell peppers. I love Better than Bouillon and use the beef flavored. I was afraid of this recipe for years because I didn't want it to taste like a tv dinner. Well, it doesn't. It is homemade goodness and hearty. Thank you for your videos. Almost like making mini meatloaf lol. Love that she is practices safe meat handling habits. I can't stand touching raw meat. When I make meat loaf, I wrap my hands in plastic wrap or use 2 sandwich bags on my hands. Really love her channel! She makes learning new recipes fun and enjoyable to watch.

I love that now that I can buy Johnny's impossible beef like a package of regular ground beef, I can make him his own version as well. Rachel made this recipe needed a change of paste for ground sirloin and it was absolutely delicious. I will be adding it to my regular rotation. Please add recipe for the glaze carrots and sides. Looks great. Just a thought here. Simmer with the lid off, or the steam will thin out the gravy, and add the green onions in right before plating, so they don't overcook and remain a nice bright green.
