TODAY'S RECIPE IS Coffee Cake Recipe | Tea Time Coffee Cake | Sponge Coffee Cake | Yummy
INGREDIENTS:
Lukewarm water 1/2 cup
Coffee 1 tsp
Mix well
Keep aside
2 eggs
Sugar 2/3 cup
Beat until foamy consistency
Oil 1/3 cup
All purpose flour 1 cup
milk powder 1 tbsp
Baking powder 1 tsp
Add gradually
Prepared coffee mixture
9 inch greased pan
Pour batter
Heat a pan with wire stand for 5 mins
Cook it for 30-40 mins on medium flame
Or bake in a preheated oven at 160c for 30-40 mins
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML

It depends on flour quality. Best move is add liquid ingredient gradually. And if your batter get watery then add little bit of flour to adjust the consistency
