It is hard for children to grow up in these times compared to when I was a child in the 50s and 60s I am thankful for growing up in those days because life was so great compared to now Kids today don't have a clue on what real fun and laughter was like I had I was in the service when this song came out and boy what a songwriter him and Rod Stewart became A friend of mine in the service said Cat Stevens and Rod Stewart will be great and he was right His name was Robert Melee from Philadelphia Wish I could find him now

I remember the first time I heard your voice. My friend put headphones on my ears and said, “You have to listen to this.” It was the early 70’s. And suddenly the most beautiful voice and songs I have ever heard to this day floated into my ears and my life. Tears streamed then and they do now .
