今回は梅干しの土用干しから完成までです。
8月初旬、3日間晴天が続いた日に梅干しを干しました。
今年は梅が不作の年で量は去年の半分くらいでした。
土用干しをするかしないかで梅の味も違います。
暑くて大変でしたが、とても美味しい出来上がりました。
是非、自家製の梅干しを作ってみませんか♪
Thank you for watching. This time we will show you how to make umeboshi from Doyo-drying to completion. In early August, I dried umeboshi on a day when the sky was sunny for three days. This year was a bad year for plums, and the amount was about half of last year. The taste of plums differs depending on whether they are dried or not. It was hot and difficult, but the result was very delicious. Why not try making homemade umeboshi♪
