I've got pork loin from the butchers to try Chef Fabio's Salsiccia recipe! Recently I added one bottle of fennel seeds in my spice rack which I've never use in my cooking before, but since Chef Fabio explained that fennel seeds are one of the important spices to re-create and enhance the taste of Sicilian dishes. I'm pretty much all set to try this recipe and I can't wait to have the SAVORY taste :-)
