栗っておいしい。天津甘栗も大好き。だけど、和栗は剥きづらく、食べづらいのが難点。その栗に一手間かけた焼き栗にして、おいしさも食べやすさもアップさせました。流石に和栗では難しいけど、天津甘栗みたいな感じです。食べ過ぎ注意の焼き栗できました。栗はナッツ。
レシピ
1.先に、シロップを作ります。グラニュー糖 30g、塩 ひとつまみ、水 30g、植物油 30gを混ぜ合わせ、グラニュー糖を溶かしておく。
2.洗った栗(450g)にガンダムのギャンみたいに十字に切り込みを入れる。クッキー型の中に栗を置き、切り込みを入れるとやりやすいです。出刃包丁使用。栗はかたく、そして滑るので作業は慎重に!くれぐれも手を切らないようにしてください。
3.鍋に栗を入れ、水を入れる。ゆっくりと加熱し10分くらいかけて沸騰させる。こうすると栗が甘く茹で上がるそうです。
4.沸騰したら、20分茹でる。
5.茹で上がった栗を(1)のシロップで和える。
6.オーブンシートを敷いた天板に栗を並べ、200℃に予熱したオーブンで20分焼く。
7.でけた。
油のおかげで、皮がパリパリして剥きやすい!渋皮もパリパリ。ほんのり甘くて止まらないおいしさですよ。

recipe

2.Cut a cross in the washed chestnuts (450g) like Gyan from Gundam.It is easier to place the chestnuts in a cookie mold and make the incisions.Uses Deba knife.Chestnuts are tough and slippery, so work carefully! Be careful not to cut your hands.
3.Put the chestnuts in a pot and add water. Heat slowly and bring to a boil for about 10 minutes. This is said to boil the chestnuts sweeter.
4.Once the water comes to a boil, boil for 20 minutes.
5.Toss the boiled chestnuts with the syrup from (1).
6.Arrange the chestnuts on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in an oven preheated to 200℃ for 20 minutes.
7.Thanks to the oil, the skin is crispy and easy to peel! The astringent skin is also crispy. They are slightly sweet and unstoppably delicious.

20分茹でたら皮が少しは柔らかくて切りやすくなるんじゃ?と思うのだけど…先に切るべきなのよね、きっと。
