You should use sensors to automate the lifting and dropping of the ramp. so your vehicle drives up, sensors drop the ramp, and when you have reached the top, another sensor lifts the ramp

Make your storage were your parking is then have vacuum tubes going up to crafting area for crafting. That way can easily unload from vehicles to storage.

Tip: put the pistons on a bearing that would allow for the pistons to be able to rotate and be straighter without having that angle issue. Check out scrapman’s drawbridge video.

you should have the crafting on the other tree and have a little thing that brings the resource collectors over to the refinery bot so all you have to do is stick the resource collector on the little machine and hit a button and it moves it over to the refinery and crafting tree

Hey Z if all the storage and crafting is up higher it's less likely to be destroyed when your attacked. I know you have only been attacked my bots with no ranged attacks but if you encounter tape bots or big red they have ranged attacks that can easily destroy those blocks, they have low durability.

one thing you could do was, after going up the car on the ramp, you would have a section at the same height as the car with the refineries and you would take the items with vacuum tubes, which would take the items upstairs to a room trunks that would be attached to the crafter. now a doubt, those robots that throw potatoes, they also appear in the invasions of the plantations, if they see you on the platform they will not be able to destroy? that's because the potato gun also destroys blocks

Hey Z, your vehicle area is going to have to be large enough for all of the vehicles to park AND turn around and line up on the one ramp. Or, have a few ramps. Maybe one this end to enter and another down the other end to exit, or vice versa. But the entrance area is going to have to be mostly empty space to take vehicles turning around and lining up on the ramp(s). Just food for thought.

You do know that tape bots and harvesters do shoot , rusted metal has 2 durability so... means they can screw you're base over if they aim at the suports then the harvesters will rip your base . But... i dont think that you will have harvesters and tape bots coming to your base at random.

So I found out after testing in survival that after a combination of either 80 bearings and or pistons that the game FPS drops making it unplayable. So heads up. I hope it’s something they’re able to fix because having that many moving parts is inevitable eventually

Your videos get really dark when it's night. Darker than the game looks natively. You might try to edit the footage lighter, or avoid major work at night without lights.

I dont understand how you can build that zigzag so very long, when mine is like half of it, i start bounching of it like crazy. Is that some setting or such that i have? Sidenote, just upgrade pistons to the max, they get more stronger even if you dont need the full length.

I don't really understand the need to elevate things - I've been playing and the robots only ever attack my plants. Even if they're right next to one of my vehicles or buildings, they completely leave them alone. What's that about?
