If there's one thing Zambians, both the ones living at home and in the diaspora, have in common is that we all love our country and want to see it prosper.

Zambian is a very big country and the population density is not as high as it is in my country(Rwanda). I have some property in Rwanda, but I am really interested to build in Zambia. Zambia is a very beautiful country and peaceful, I bought a land there but it is really hard to find an investors permit because you have to have a big amount of money. But hopefully in the future we will have the means to start something. I wish Zambian government could make it easy for the Africans who want to invest in Zambia.

They invest in Zambia so that they can resell and buy in first world countries. The same countries that we are in is where they go to to invest after selling us overpriced property. Would you rather own property in London or Lusaka? I prefer the former.
