Since you guys were talking about the chip shortage, and I work in a plant that's a part of it I wanted to answer Zane's question. The chip shortage is because of a shortage of machines that make the chips. Like where I work we make parts that go to another country that make machines that are then transferred to other countries like the US that make these computer chips. So its basically a shortage of materials that are used to make the computer chips.

I taught at a cooking school for kids and we frequently made bow tie pasta. You just roll out the pasta dough in to a big square and then cut the rolled out pasta into smaller squares. You take each individual square, pinch the center and then you a cookie cutter like tool and press on the edges to get the edges just right.
