ZANUSSI LINDO 300 Washing machine door lock doesn’t open, how can be fixed easily, was stuck. 🤨❔❓❔

Tried opening the lid, but cannot find the switch to be moving either way let alone make a click sound. Model number - Zanussi flexi dose 6kg 1200 maximum spin ZWG7120K

Hi, All lid is moving backwards. Hit with your palm, you can’t damage it. So hit on the front to move back.

Mine is Lindo 100, it keeps on spinning but doesn’t drain. E21 was found and cleared to E00. But still doesn’t drain at all. Because of the water level; the door can’t be opened either

Hi, Release the water via the bottom filter window, then you should be able to open the door. Better if you Unplug your machine and wait for 5-10 minutes.

@@georgesworkshop8600thank you, I’ve unplugged it and chosen programs: no centrifuge in combination with pump & centrifuge. It pumped the water out and the door was open again. I have to rearrange the wash before centrifuge again

Same P.O.D washer as mine,managed to open mine but broke the door lock in the process,off to the scrapyard it goes🤬

Hi, Not all the time the lock is the issue. It could be control board or main board issue.

If your water level is high, tip the washing machine to the back side till the water doesn’t touch the bottom of the door at all. Press the button to open the door and you should hear click sound
