A quick note if people didn't know. Fel Leather is useable for non-leatherworkers. You just dont get the 3 set bonus which is increased dodge rating. Nobody cares about dodge anyways. GL in TBC!

You can farm Mark of Thrammal in hellfire and turn it to red gem with 14+ attack or 8+ spell dmg

I just dinged 70 with my rogue and looking to gear up. I made some calculations and the aldor rep sword would cost me a total of 1300-1500G (rep items + the sword) depending of the current price of marks of saregas. What's your opinion is it really worth to spend 1.5k G on it specially now that phase 2 is starting soon. Or should I just get Lators and try to upgrade them to better ones skipping the aldor rep sword?

The way a lot of people look at it is that you were going for exalted anyway to get the shoulder enchant. So it is not much more to just buy the sword after.

Wish you did a PvP version. I have several questions: - How bad is it to just go the full pvp gearing route? - I don't really wanna do attunement stuff like Karazhan, am I gonna be at a disadvantage doing arenas?

Raiding will help jumpstart your gear. Eventually it won't be a huge deal for p1. Glaives later on are really strong though.

@@Zatar Thing is, I play on Korean server and they have weird rules here. For example there is no rolling / DKP in raids, everything is bought with gold, so its like an auction. I can never imagine having enough gold for glaives LOL

Hey Zatar, thank you for your help with all these videos. I recently got the tunic of assassination to drop and I have the handgrips. I was wondering if the 2 piece set bonus is good enough to wear the tunic?

It depends on your chest, but it's a decent set for dungeons and trash in raids, but the bonus is not as impact on bosses.

@@Zatar Thank you a lot for the fast answer. The other chest I have is the one from Kelidan. I tried the assassination set in Mechanar and it felt good on trash as you say but since bosses are immune to cheap shot and kidney shot it waas ineffective against them. Is it more a pvp set then?

I grinded Aldor rep back in the original classic. Had the rep and sword at 70 ding. Key was skipping world quests and staying in 1 spot.

@@jarlfisk theres a few, id suggest BEM at the anger camps. There are mobs there that can also drop uncharged apex items. The uncharged badge is druid tank bis trinket for majority of tbc

Hi, Serious thing to explore concerning weapons : Drakefist is potentialy thé BEST for phase 1. If u go for latro OH, i heard u have to spec with 5 in mace and 5 in sword. I found a gréât OH (blackout truncheon) isnt better than latro with drakefist and save 5 talents by going mace only? Is thé proc worth accumulate with drakefist proc? Thx

On the beta it was kinda rough, cause people keep saying rogue sucks and people avoided rogue. I think it will be better on live. We will see. It's always pretty easy if you make the group yourself.

Hey dude can you explain me why skulkers greaves are so good ? When slotted with 3 x 16 ap gems you will have Like 6-10 ( didnt do the math exactly ) more compared to netherblade but with a loss of 12 stamina... I See the advantage for pve but for PvP... I dont know... Thanks! Like + follow

I will play with daggers in world pvp, and sword in pve. Rogue without daggers is not rogue. Especially in pvp environment. Especially in world pvp, which is the best!

You said rogues should aim at 17% or 240 hit. Does this not count for pre raid gear? I have most items from either first or second row and Im at 240 hit. I put hit in most sockets.

If you have much better daggers then the sword alternative you can play daggers optimally. You can also just play daggers if you have more fun that way and they will a little bit worse then other equivalent weapons.

When I quested through nagrand I did not hit revered. If you're able to hit revered through normal questing it's a great option, but I do not think it is worth farming a bunch of beads as in early game priority.

Yes, if bonescythe is ever missing on any of the pages, it's because it was worse than every option shown.

You can maintain the four set bonus so long as you are not selecting bonescythe over other options that are tiers above bonescythe. Basically if you miss out on a small upgrade on one or two pieces, you can keep using bonescythe. If you are significantly downgrading multiple slots, it's not worth it.

The weapons. I would check the full bis list in the description if you want see how everything stacks up. If you don't see an item shown, it means it is worse than every item on the list.

It can speed up leveling, but you can get better at 70.

Engineering goggles are not available until Phase 2. I did not talk about Primalstrike because you have to run heroic dungeons to craft it. Feel free to check out my full Phase 1 best in slot guide if you want to see how it stacks up.
