Lovely video :) Hope this series helps others out of their shells to get involved in cool stuff! I'd like to recommend Your Career in Animation: How to Survive and Thrive by David B. Levy. It's full of experiences from artists of all stripes and solid advice on actually connecting with people. RE: Ordering on the phone - once a friend stayed over and everyone in my family offered to pay for the pizza if they didn't have to call and talk to anybody so he volunteered :V

"Meet and mingle" is way harder than it seems! Animation communities are tiny, secluded and hard to find. Most of collaboration communities are just full of kids drawing furries who have nothing to do with professional work. Honestly, Toon Boom Harmony Discord server was the only place where I could find any talkative professionals at all. And it's not a place where you can dunk on Harmony T_T
