I always find it funny when I see companies coming out with the containers to hold batteries. If you got a metal container? You're good!! The thing that bothers me more than the "fire" part of lipo's gone wrong. Is the SMOKE factor. Because trust me and ANYONE, who has had a lipo fire? The amount of Poisonous smoke that emits from these batteries will literally fill your house. FILL YOUR HOUSE... So even before you know you got a fire? You could be in serious trouble. Remember ventilation. ALL great tips brother. Thanks for sharing

Thanks bro my charging station is in my shed and im mainly the only one that comes in here so at least the family wont be breathing in the smoke if the worst comes. Ive put out a lipo before puncturing it and yeah the smell is absolutely toxic, diffinitely dont want to breath that in...

Good advice. I have a few of these, not sure how fire proof they would be but should buy you some time if something was to happen. I must admit I've been guilty of going out to bash with spare batteries just in my back pocket 😳 🤦‍♂️ 🤗 I know, not the safest but still.. For home I recycled old cooking pots as storage. They are fire proof, have lids and can hold quite a few lipo's each. Not as good as ammo boxes but a good alternative I think.

Cooking pots! Never thought of that! Great idea lol I always use to just throw them in my bag as well and in hot days is soo sketchy...Just dont know and not worth the risk at all. Diffinitely better safe than sorry.. probably the most risk too not just while charging but having them in the car on a hot weather

With no offense, it doesn't look safe when you carry the fireproof bag at 7:07. It'll become very hot if the battery caught on fire somehow. Maybe I'm too paranoid.

I think the real test is to actually set fire inside the bag to see if it will actually contain the fire? Surely you would smell the smoke and have time to throw away or put the fire out, if it does what its suppose to. Nothing wrong with being paranoid when you know the risk can cause some damage bro!
