Adaoma its not the leaves that makes it nsala, its the texture. Bcos the soup is light in texture ie odi sala sala like the anambra people will say. Keep it up

Thanks for sharing your recipes with us, let me just contribute a little about washing of catfish, how i wash my catfish is this, i use boiling water to wash off the sliming nature of the fish and then rinse with cold water.

Love your videos ma’am, I find it sooooo helpful especially with the soups. For this soup(ofe-nsala), is old yam best or new yam, or it doesn’t matter?

Old yam is the best just because new yam has too much water in it so you will use more of new yam than old yam

U don't suppose to use ogiri for this soup, uda goes very well with that. And u don't suppose to use only cat fish for that.

for next time put all d ingredients mostly stock fish is needed in this. then put ur fish in that way u dont need to remove d put. weldon
